Upon arrival, I found hair in multiple areas of the room, including the bathroom, and the toilet seat was not properly cleaned. The fabric on the chairs was heavily stained and soiled, making the room feel unclean from the moment I walked in. The condition of the room caused me to question the cleanliness of the bedding as well. Thankfully, I brought my own...

“The overall condition and cleanliness was a big issue for me. The room has seen better days and definitely needs help. In the meantime a deep clean, I won’t go into detail as far as what I found, but it was enough that I won’t stay here again. The minimal contact I had with staff was unimpressive. The hotel and parking lot are run down and not well maintained, too many negatives to go back.”

“The room was tidy but the bedsheets had a cigarette burn on them, and there was a hole on the wall near the floor bigger than a golf ball. The bathroom had brown splatter near the baseboards, and there was dirty paper towels scrunched under the sink. There was also no extra toilet paper other than the one provided. Also the bathroom window didn’t have a screen and the window wouldn’t stay open by itself so we put a bottle to hold it open. The front desk was kind and helpful.”
