“This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting”

“My stay at the Red Roof Inn was overall great. The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was with the early check-in policy. I called a day before arriving and was told by one employee that there would be no fee for early check-in, but when I arrived, another worker charged me for it. That was disappointing because I was given different information beforehand. Aside from that misunderstanding, my stay was pleasant.”
