“I had an amazing experience in Chicago. The hotel is in a very central location and you can basically walk to every major spot in town. The staff is super kind and helpful. A guy, Arturo his name, has been the most kind person I could ask for. The structure is old, yes, not recently refurbished, but clean and affordable. I strongly recommend it!”

Unica nota negativa la colazione non disponibile presso la struttura, e la palestra decisamente scarna. Lode alla terrazza panoramica e alla piscina interna, menzione d'onore a Jordan che con altissima professionalità e cortesia ha reso il mio soggiorno perfetto.”

"Struttura in ottima posizione, pulita e personale gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Le pulizie vengono effettuate su richiesta, ma sono pronti ad accogliere le richieste senza particolare preavviso. "

"La 1° notte abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata perchè il termostato era rotto, il giorno dopo siamo riusciti a farci cambiare la camera ed è andato tutto bene. Camere pulite e silenziose, colazione ottima. "

"Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."
