“Fantastic staff! I communicated with the hotel regarding the airport shuttle before my overseas flight departure. It isn't 24 hours, but I had the coordination within the drive time that ends at 11pm. My travel companion was much later, so at least I could tell her she would have to find other means. “Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious room. We used the shuttle to the airport and it went smooth. We didn’t use the pool but it looked awesome. Will for sure stay again!”

“This hotel is very nice! The easy access to the highway made everything quick and easy when driving in the city. Hotel room was clean and nice with a comfy bed. Hotel had a nice deep pool and a spa as well. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with center of Minneapolis traffic and driving!”

“Staff and breakfast were excellent. Only negatives were the carpet stains next to the bed and the dirt in the channels of the shower door. First thing I saw when I placed the bath mat on floor. Kind of made bath feel gross.”

“Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too. The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack. “It's a relatively plain building on the exterior but the interior is clean and new. Room and bed were great (and quiet). There is a neat padded bench by the window for reading or watching TV, which I've never seen. Breakfast had some accidental gluten-free compatible items, which was good. Also the first time I've seen hard-boiled eggs available. It's basically the same over multiple days.”

“First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again.”
