“We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Drew made sure we felt welcomed when we first arrived and gave us a very thorough tour of the property. Both Ty and Rachel (who were the innkeepers) were always very approachable with any of our needs throughout the trip, including with helping us get situated with the onsite kayak rentals. We definitely plan to be back, as this place had a nice remote feeling and gorgeous up close view of Lake Leelanau!”

“My two friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. The room was sizable and comfortable. Seriously one if the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a rental. Had room for an air mattress. Very clean and great location! In between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Easy check in and out. Will stay here again! ”

“Awesome place. Served our large family group very well. Great lodge, with a great professional kitchen. Great bathrooms with Japanese fixtures. One had a steam bath. Well equipped, nice furnishings, comfy. Pizza oven and gas grill outside. Woodsy setting with lots of outdoor play space.Closest beach access to east-facing Traverse Bay not as awesome as west-facing Cat Head Bay beaches accessible by short drive and15-20 minute walk. Roughly 1hour to TVC.”

“Marie and Ted were fabulous hosts!! We arrived late (and they were out of the house) and they left very detailed instructions for us in their absence. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We awoke early the next morning to head out and found Ted had made the MOST delicious blueberry muffins. We took a couple of muffins and some coffee with us for our ride up to Mackinac Island. The only issue we encountered was not being able to figure out how to operate the TV in our room but it...
