“We had a good time and the building is effectively spectacular. It feels a bit like an Airbnb, which is not bad per se. But a few touches in the bathroom, like a nice bathtub soap or salts, or a welcome drink would have made all the difference. I sent two messages when I booked to ask for info about parking and they never replied. We were offered breakfast without any explanation (other than the extra cost) and I ended up not being able to eat much because of my diet. When we checked in it was...

Il check-in autonomo non ha funzionato, con inutile perdita di tempo. Per fortuna ad un certo punto è comparsa una persona che ha fatto un check-in vecchio stile.”
