“Firstly when I looked online I thought the area was decent but when we got there it was mostly drug addicts. The cops got called a few rooms down from us scaring my wife. The whole hotel was falling apart inside and out and it had an odor. The customer service was terrible as well, the ladies at the desk had an attitude anytime we tried to talk to them or ask for something. Even the WiFi was an hassle, they wouldnt let us connect more than one device unless we paid extra and even when we paid...

“The light fixture between the beds was not working. The TV was not working. The hallways were 81 degrees. The breakfast was lacking and again, the room temperature was 81 degrees and verified by looking at the digital thermostat. So, eating breakfast in the heat was miserable. The location in Bellmead, Tx is extremely superior and that is where we will stay from now on.”

“Room was clean and comfy bed but stayed next to elevator and the walls are thin, you could hear the cable up and down, and property is looking old. Breakfast was ok, something to get you going until you get to next Bucces. Staff was nice. One night stay, passing thru. ”

“The stay was a little bit loud as we could hear people going in and out of the halls throughout the night and talking in loud voices. The stay was good except for the state of the items in the room. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. In the room, there were noticeably missing paintings from the wall with the nails pulled out, the fixtures that were metal were all rusted from the lamps on the nightstands to the bars in the bathroom and the paint was peeling on the doors and...

“They appear to do well with security due to being next to a trucker stop. But its so outdated, bugs in the common areas”

“The bathroom in our room needed cleaning and updating! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Suggested a great Mexican food restaurant within walking distance. It looked like there was new carpet, which certainly helped the appearance of the room. ”

“I’ve stayed here twice and both times were great. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and the location is convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!”
