“Questioned how well things are cleaned between guests. The refrigerator in our room still had food in it from previous people. Did mention it to the desk and got a "sorry". The guy that checked us in didn't really seem to know what he was doing either. ”

“Our first room had a strange odor and the bed sheet had a boot-tread stain on it. We requested and were given a new room, which was cleaner and didn’t smell. The heater/AC is inches from the bed and is loud.”

Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. “The room was nice and breakfast was good, but when we went to go to the pool, it was down. The front desk said it would be closed for the duration of our stay and that there was no chlorine. We traveled with 7 children and chose this hotel with the pool for a reason. We were very disappointed, especially because a lack of chlorine in the pool is completely preventable. No communication at check in regarding the pool. It felt dishonest. ”
