“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Wonderful suite with microwave, stovetop, full size refrigerator, king sized bed and comfortable sofa. Only stayed one night but could definitely have been comfortable for a longer stay. Nice options for breakfast and friendly staff.”

“The moment we walked in the hotel it was obvious that the staff was ready to serve the young lady at desk i believe her name was Jowanda the fact she showed grace and kindness to us as she was dealing with sadness in her own personal life, she smiled and took the time to understand what we needed and never made us feel unheard, the next morning the male desk clerks, housekeeping was just as kind courteous and aimed to please. “The staff is nice, stingy with the extra towels. Room was clean for the price, however toilet stopped flushing. Tv remote was broken had to go to the front desk for a new one. Ice machine and vending machine broken.”

“The property is under renovation. Doors are difficult to enter room. The pool was down, beds are hard like plywood box, Sheets had hair on them, shower wasn’t clean. No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there. Asked for refund, front desk clerk/manager gave run around with the third party trying to contact to confirm that I cancelled the room. I do not recommend. I was...

“It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

“Room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful There was no coffee maker in the room which I really need in the mornings . I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! ”

“Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed.
