However, the room did not have a pull out sofa bed that was shown in the booking which caused an issue for sleeping arrangements. The staff moved quickly to provide a roll away bed, however it was quite old and provided no support - so the mattress wound up on the floor. “5 star for the price. Basic hotel with comfortable beds. Hot and cold Breakfast is a buffet with lots of choices, but everything highly processed. Yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, cereal, pastry etc. Located across the street from the Victoria hospital in a quiet location. Staff friendly. Lots of parking. ”
