“We stayed at the hotel yesterday, and the facilities were very neat and clean. The receptionist and staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great service.”

“Beds were comfortable. Rooms somewhat smaller but clean and not a big deal overall as we only stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The water dispenser in the lobby was empty and the lady said we’d have to get water elsewhere. Not sure why they don’t have someone replace it for customers. Was empty for the full days we were there but did see someone using it when we arrived so they got the last of the spring water. At breakfast the attendant said the waffle batter...

“Nicely renovated. However no coffee maker in room! Does have 24/7 in lobby but in the evening tasted like it had been sitting a long time, albeit warm. Woke up to a LARGE puddle of water in the room from window? Alerted front desk who said I was not alone - there was a severe storm with blowing winds. But was provided extra towels to clean up myself. Ceiling was showing early mold growth - needed cleaning.”

“Staff didn’t speak English too well waited two hours to check in when I already booked my room. We had to stand and wait for two hours almost in line to get our room. It was late. I was tired very upsetting. I thought my breakfast was included. it wasn’t I guess”

“The staff were helpful but our room on the second floor was decrepit. The air conditioning smelled like urine, there was hair all over the bed, and the lock on our door was broken. I would not recommend staying here.”
