Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”

“The flat is fantastic with all the modern amenities anyone would ever need. Host was prompt with answers and attentive and got us in at the last moment when our other property was cancelled. I do say that the stairs to the flat are steep, but they have sturdy railings and as a 65 year old I had no problem managing. Even during the hottest days seen london in years the flat remained fairly cool. The Flat was exactly as described and do not understand why anyone would give it a bad rating. ...
