“Room was filthy. Cobwebs in every corner, shower curtain had not been changed, had hair on it from previous. Room smelled just old stagnant air. Under beds were gross. Would most certainly recommend somewhere else over this place. Front desk staff was amazing.”

I went up immediately to the front desk and mentioned this to the person, which was kind and explained that all are smoke free. “Parking lot was a little rough on arriving , but after that it was a great experience .”

“The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! “We had the best stay at River Sirens Hotel. The staff was very helpful at getting us into our room. The hotel is sparkling clean and a quick walk to the river and all the cute shops and bars. We highly recommend staying at this updated adorable hotel and plan on coming back in the near future.”

“First off - absolutely lovely and accommodating staff. We had no problems with our booking in Expedia. If you are coming here expecting Hilton quality rooms and appliances, then you are just dead wrong. For the price it was a perfectly quaint and quiet little motel, we felt very safe and besides the lights occasionally not working, the room was perfect. “When checking in the staff was great. Stay was relaxing. Only downside was the carpeted floors in the bunk bed room. Appears the carpet under the beds has not been vacuumed in a bit with the dust, dead bugs and cobwebs. Had my wife not dropped an ear ring, would never have noticed so not a big thing. ”

“Tub was clogged and backing up while showering. We let the receptionist know and even showed a Picture. We were told that all showers were like that. For the price we paid that was unacceptable and gross. Services were super slow. Not blaming staff but management had one waitress for an entire dinning room. We also noticed mostly all the staff were very mature people. We felt bad rushing or even complaining right to them. This place has potential, you just need the right management.”
