“Staff was really nice. Breakfast was great. Even supplied complementary ice scraper and gloves during a winter storm. That was nice because we forgot ours at home. Heater was a little noisy in the room. Good price ”

“Our stay was amazing. Paul helped us when we needed to move our room - and his customer service was excellent. The hotel was spotless and the staff was top-notch. We will return when come back to see our daughter at Ball State.”

We went back to the desk and talked to Steve about it. he gave us a different room. before he gave us the room he made sure the room was in good shape. If we make it back to the area we would stay there again. thanks again Steve for going beyond taking care of us. ”
