Hotel a Lost Bridge Village

“Charles was the only good thing we experienced for the hour we were on the property. Originally we were going to stay for 3 nights, however the bed was blood stained, the tub hadn't been cleaned with pubes/hair and was leaking dripping rust. The room hadn't been properly cleaned with trash/food left behind on the floor, drawers and inside the burners and smelled overwhelming of mold and mildew. The walls were so thin that when we knocked on the wall to test the person on the other side knocked...

“The convenience of the hotel size, location, parking area and cleanliness of the room was what i was impressed with.”

“Check in went smoothly and quickly. We were given a room on the 1st floor. However, there happened to be young people on traveling sports team (unsupervised parents) making lound noises that disturbed our ability to sleep. Cedric attempted to quiet them, but other groups came around and did the same thing. He (Cedric) was very gracious and switched our rooms to another floor. We could tell he felt very bad over the inconvenience this caused for us. It wasn't his fault.”

“Thea room was musty and the carpeting in the bathroom was damp. Which is probably why there were knats in the room. We had to purchase plug in room fresheners and candles to be able to handle the smell. The only plus was the bed was comfortable. We will not book this hotel again.”

“This property is very close to the Pinnacle Hills shopping center, Top Golf, and plenty of restaurants. The cocktail hour and full breakfast is always a plus at Embassy Suites!”

“Mold in the corners of the bathroom ceiling. Beds and pillows were awful. TV volume wouldn’t turn up or down.”

“Very clean and quiet stay. Could have used softer bed, but overall would stay again in the future.”

“Helpful friendly manager overrode a computer glitch in our room reservation. Later she personally fixed our cable box. Nice breakfast buffet, loved the homemade quiche.”

“They gave me a room on second level right next to elevator and you could hear every time it was used. Besides that great location and staff was friendly.”

“The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and cool. My son enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was your usual continental, but the eggs and sausage were well cooked.”

“Rooms were fine. But we did not get the ones pictured on the website. Ours were not updated with the vinyl floors and new bathroom. But they did have an updated mattress which was good.”

“The breakfast was very good compared to most with just waffles and muffins. Had nice cheese omlet and cute waffle minis with bacon and all the other regular items.”
