“Enjoyed our stay me and my husband have stayed here a couple times and it’s clean. The staff are very friendly and their breakfast is good. They were really fast and Fisher. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and they replaced it instantly but we only had one thumbs down and it’s not the staff’s fault we just had noisy people upstairs above our room who were really loud”

“The property was great for what we needed this trip. We needed something close to public transportation, the airport and Oakland Arena. The hotel itself was nice. It was clean and we always saw workers cleaning. Our room was spacious, had bathroom amenities, fridge and nice, cozy beds. When we opened the door to our room it had the smell of old cigarettes, but opening the window helped. (Hopefully they see this and take care of it) The pool was small, but perfect! We were the only ones...

"The breakfast was a complete scam. During my check-in and, in the morning, before eatinf I asked about allowance several times and no one knew about it. Of course, right after I paid, they magically realised I was out of my allowance of 10$ and charged me for a breakfast that should have been entirely included. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and the airplanes noise will keep you up late and wake you up early the morning after. Very poor sleep. The windows were super dirty, I couldn’t even look outside and understand what the weather was like. The shower pressure is non-existent, so be careful with the amount of soap you use, as it might take 25 minutes to shower and rinse. Worst hotel I stayed in the past 2 years, for a total of 190€/night and a 180$ “happy hour” dinner (dinner was for 2). Not to mention the lady I check-out with in the morning has been pretty much useless and told me to complain somewhere else: here I am ma’am, thanks for the suggestion. Stay away, you can find much better for reasonable price around this dump. "
