“Dirty and room smelled like a dirty wet dog. Carpet torn. Poorly patched walls. Feet even stuck to the carpet. Not a 9.2 property!”

“The power went out I had no access to my room. I go to the front desk (no attitude only sincere concern)to ask what I needed to do about my belongings that weee still in my room and the lady tells me she doesn’t know what I need to do she doesn’t know what to tell me. I said really? She says this with a bad attitude repeatedly until I asked for a manager and he was very professional and let me into my room simple. Very rude and careless at front desk not all but this one knows who she is ”

“Breakfast was good. Parking was safe. Bed and shower were good. No sitting area in huge room. One desk chair, not comfortable ,no other seating area with plenty of empty space to fill. Several pieces of seating in lobby. I should have asked to pull a couple of those into room. Staff was real nice and courteous. ”

“This place was nice except the room smelled musty and the breakfast bar was at best minimally stocked. The tub filled up ankle deep during the shower. The toilet clogged up without anything in it. This place could definitely use some updating. The coffee pot leaked all over. Very very sad. ”

“The bed and pillows were the worst I ever experienced in a Hilton ever. Hurt our back and neck every night we stayed there. We even left early on the last day. The female bartender argued with a customer telling him if he could do a better job to get behind the bar then. Her mixed drinks made me and my fiance sick the night we tried them.Other staff was great and hotel was very clean. Maintenance was very responsive and polite.”

“You can always tell when you walk in your socks whether they clean the floors or not. I think they don't do it very often. At breakfast someone burned a waffle and the staff didn't clean the machine all weekend long, so there were no waffles available. they have such a limited breakfast buffet that made a big difference. So we avoided breakfast there most mornings. I guess the pool doesn't open until Memorial Day so that wasn't available either. Towels were thin and our shower took 5 minutes to...
