“They didn't have the room I reserve. And the TV controller volume didn't work. And the heater didn't work that good ”

“The staff was very rude and demanded that I don’t do certain things like have company or I would be kicked out and he would keep my deposit. Even though I was hours from home and didn’t know anyone to invite over! That was very uncalled for!!!”

“Could not get the air conditioner to shut down. Hotel staff said he would come look and did not show up. Called 5 times but no answer. ”

“The room was ok the bed was very comfortable it does needs to be upgraded the furniture is out of date; the staff was very polite and friendly I did have one issue that I addressed with the front guess about the cleaning in the bathroom the toilet was not clean the door needed to be whipped down and there was hair in the shower wall ”

“The breakfast menu was lacking. For example, no orange juice, packaged sugar/flavored outmeal rather than regular unsweetened, pork only sausage, no toast. Also it was difficult to sleep bc of the very bright lights from the parking lot. The curtains did not fully cover the windows and there were no blinds.”

“The location met our needs. Everything was very standard Marriott. Parking was well lit. ”

“What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance”

“I was disappointed that my room didn't have a microwave. It did have a fridge which was helpful. Ice machine wasn't working on my floor.I was a little bothered with housekeeping having checked into my room after midnight and crashed, around 10am they were knocking vigorously persistently even though my stay was on the 1st night of a 3 night reservation. I didn't noticed there was a do not disturb sign to hang. I was definitely disturbed. Overall it was an ok stay. I'd consider other...
