“The villa itself was great but the room wasnt as clean as I expect it to be. The amenities were good, the parking was east however the pool behind registration was growing what appeared to be black mold in the 2.5 ft end and it was gross. We found this to be unacceptable especially since we watched as a staff member checked the ph and totally ignored the overwhelming growth on the pool steps, sidewalls and under the edges. ”

“I will admit when I first saw the property I was a little skeptical however it is a older property it's been around in Williamsburg forever. “We absolutely loved our stay at the Williamsburg Inn. Our room was as nice as any five star hotel we've ever stayed in! I even went back to the website to see if it was a 5-star hotel and I just didn't notice! Room and bathroom were large, tastefully decorated and updated with best of everything. My only complaint would be that they didn't have any tv options except for cable -- we would have liked to be able to stream a movie.”
