“The website advertises an indoor pool. The pool was closed "for the season" with the manager stating it's a seasonal pool. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The phones in the room did not work- not even to call down to the front desk. The television did not work upon arrival. It took two trips downstairs for the staff to come fix the television. “Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“The staff were always friendly. That is the one plus for this property. It is apparent as soon as you step out of the lobby just how dated this property is. I would absolutely forgive that if the room was good. Our room was clean, however, we were immediately hit with a damp, musty smell. Our room maintained that smell the entire two night stay. “My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cedars. Host was super friendly and breakfast was always delicious. Room was clean. The only thing that I think needs attention was our bathroom. The shower could use a good spray for mildew and the drain cover is not attached to anything. But other than that I would recommend this place.”
