Room was clean, staff very friendly and hepful, bed was comfortable! the room even had a desk that I used to study during free time. Not bad at all for the price”

“Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. “The room was spacious; staff pleasant and attentive. Great choices for breakfast, great coffee and there is a beverage area where coffee is available. ”

“I found the Sonesta quite nice. It’s clean, convenient to the Philadelphia airport, staff was cordial and shuttle readily available on the half hour. It is a concern that I was billed twice on my credit card. I was told there would be an extra charge in case of damage that would be returned if no problem, however I was not expecting two full charges. ”
