“Great visit”

“The rooms were okay, plumbing needs some work. the staff was okay, they weren’t rude, just young. Parking was cool, hotel was clean. The breakfast…. Terrible, appliances didn’t work, no real selection how they make it sound and look online. You’re better off going to a diner. ”

“Room was clean and so was hotel. Good location as well. However, breakfast was not free which I thought it was, so that was a little misleading. Also, parking was a headache. Parking was not free, 11.50 per day and I had to go online thru some website to sign in to pay for it. Hard to do and was unnecessary and unanticipated. Also, wifi was hard to sign in as well. Hilton should be better.”

“While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property.”

“No utensils nor kitchen items given the appearance”

“The AC in our room did not cool. Other than that for the price it wasn't bad ”

“Just went for an overnight trip and book at the Residence Inn and enjoyed our room and accommodations. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning before checkout. Will book here again and it is also walking distance to all resteraunts and entertainment...”

“No microwave in rooms, you have to go all the way to the atrium to use a microwave in that huge property. Not cool for the rate you pay. ”
