“When we arrived I was given a room that was not as expected BUT the staff made it right and gave me another room with no hesitation which I greatly appreciated.. The "main" breakfast such as biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc was gone at 9:10AM (was supposed to be available until 9:30AM) but we made do and ate cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal. Overall we had a very nice experience and would stay there again.”

“What a wonderful stay! The hotel was great with accommodating me. I had last minute changes to my flight & had to amend my shuttle service times 2x. The staff customer service was EXCELLENT from front desk to our housekeeper to Leroy our shuttle driver. Will definitely stay here again when I come to CLT. Thanks everyone! ”
