“First time in the city and no regrets! Amazing on a couple of fronts (customer service, staff friendliness, cleanliness and breakfast). Loved our stay over there and highly recommend this property. Parking can be tight if there are vans parked on the upper parking lot (there’s one in the basement too which is a covered parking so helpful during winters) as there wouldn’t be enough space to maneuver due to the size between the parking spaces. The property is 100% non-smoking property however...

“There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The A/C was off, the room was stuffy. It was loud when turned on and it took almost the entire stay to get the room temperature decent. The A/C stayed loud for the whole visit. Balcony had no chairs unlike other rooms so was useless. It really could have been better. Best thing about the room was the size of the shower.”

“We were incredibly disappointed from start to finish. After a long day of travel, we checked in and found out that the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and would be closed for our entire stay. In fact, it had been closed for some time, and they never mentioned it on their website or when we booked the room. Then, we got to our room only to find that we had no hot water. We informed the front desk and they said, "We're aware. It's everyone, not just you." They offered no timeline for...

“Extremely noisy, thin walls, staff not able to help . Cleaning crew working on rooms at 9 pm on a Sunday. Screaming kids in rooms, Shabby. Don’t believe the reviews that day wonderful”
