“Everything was great location ,huge park right across street! Burger King close by , express real close Church of Christ real close had Sunday evening services, gas station real close. Remodeled place except 1 thing our charger plug in wouldn’t stay in their 110 outlets. They need to put better quality 110 outlets in. That could cause a fire! So we didn’t use their 110 outlets. Other than that everything else was perfect.”

“The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The amenities were great for such a budget-friendly rate. We will definitely stay here again! A slip-resistent suface in the tub would be much appreciated as well as a grab bar and soap holder in the shower”

“If they were not doing construction work there it would have been rated higher. But the updates will be wonderful. Room was clean and I loved the note from our housekeeper Autumn!! Nice touch!! Will definitely stay here again ”

“Staff very friendly. Liked the coffee/tea machine, the tea did not taste like coffee. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kept the area clean. My only dislike was the large cabinet in our room rattled everytime we walked by. Also we were on the second floor, did not like the stomping of the people above us.”

“Property felt very sketchy. There was a dead bug in the window sill, hair in the shower and stains on the walls.”

“This bed and breakfast is beautifully decorated and updated. The owners, Melinda and Cary, are two of the nicest and most accommodating people you will ever meet. Great amenities. Easy access to downtown Paducah. Five Stars!”

“It looks like a old Days Inn inside and out. The room was recently painted up to the ceiling, the bathroom light / fan fixture in the ceiling needs a good soak and clean or replacement. The room has a 17" ? TV, mini fridge and microwave, but did not have a coffee maker or a hair dryer. The floors needed mopped, they were sticky. The 2 queen beds were comfortable enough, although they both squeak when one moved. We were on the first floor, and were able to park right in front on our entrance...

“We felt sorry for the clerk at the desk she was alone and seemed overwhelmed. Maybe need to have more than one person on staff if not for help at least for safety ”

“Good food and bar good. Room had musty smell when AC was turned off. Reported to front desk. May need AC cleaned, sevjced.”
