“Check in was poor. Very busy, but rooms weren't "inspected" & available till 2 hrs after check in time”

“Overall, it was a great place to stay for an overnight stay. The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the mattresses. Everything was clean and staff were friendly!”

“The staff is wonderful!! I’ve stayed here before and always thought the cleanliness was good. This time it didn’t seem as good and the room had an off smell. Also, there were a lot of people hanging around outside and I just didn’t feel as comfortable coming and going.”

“Ok Where to begin. The room was great,the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. However: the place in general was gross. The smell of water damage was present and there was only 1 elevator for the entire North tower. One guy said they are there every year and it has been like that for 3 years now. The elevator was smelly and kinda scary. I believe it used to be the service elevator. There was mold on the walls in the laundry room,there were panels of sheetrock missing and the new Sheetrock...

“Checking in was fast and smooth. We had two king bedroom suite which was very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very very good. Much better than most hotels. They had the usual things but then had tacos which were really good. Would absolutely recommend Homewood Suites.”

“Big complaint- we had 2 adults and 2 children in our room. The room was great but the bathroom had no where to hang towels. Only one hook in the bathroom. They need to fix this”

“Room was extremely noisy. I could hear the people above us walking all night so couldn’t sleep. Also, the AC unit had annoying rattling so that was also noisy.”

“AC was effective and quiet. Pillows were not very comfortable. Would have liked a couple firm and a couple soft. I liked having the choice of eggs and sausage at breakfast. OJ was good.”

“It was the perfect hotel for what we needed it for. The 2 bedroom suite had enough room and also allowed for privacy. Recommend this property.”

“The pillows were terrible. 18"x18" on a king bed. The comforter was hirrible as well. Restaurant that served breakfast was good but should have been included. Coffee was VERY watered down. Overall, it was safe and quiet.”

“Very strange bathroom. Sink in the room, closet type area for toilet and shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was limited. Staff was very nice and friendly.”
