“The bathroom had the most horrendous smell - like something wet had been left in there for weeks. We literally could not stand to take a shower and wore face masks just to go in. We would have asked for a different room but the front desk guy was so creepy we didn’t want to go down to the lobby. Breakfast was not good. Cheese whiz in the omelettes and coffee undrinkable. The room itself was clean but all the other factors overrode the experience. ”

“Was a very nice room. First room we were sent to was not cleaned. Bed was unmade. We were given a new room in a very timely manner. Person at reception was super nice. ”

“The hotel is too noised the room assigned beside the elevator is high noisy during all night. Horrible!!! The bed was uncomfortable and old i could not sleep Breakfast : Not much to choose from.”

“The inn is very charming and has spa vibes. The gardens were beautiful and romantic. We stayed at the Rochelle room in one of the further cottages from the main building. The room was clean and unique, had some cute decorations. The bed was very comfortable. I put my head down and I was asleep in no time. The reason for our visit was to tour the university of Florida, and we were able to explore it with Inn’s provided bicycles ( what an awesome surprise to find out that it was one of Inn’s...

“Heel fijn bed.. Prima ontbijt.. Personeel erg klantvriendelijk, werden nog gebeld met vraag of kamer in orde was. Ontbijt ook prima. In onze kamer was het gordijn wel aan vervanging toe.”

“Dirt room. Curtain broken, had to pin up towels to have privacy and block the light. Unruly and loud guests. Kids being left alone and yelling from the balconies to their parents in the parking lot. A couple physically fought outside my room last night threatening to kill each other. I tried calling the front desk at least 6 times and no one answered the phone. No housekeeping service from Saturday to Tuesday. Absolutely a dumpster fire.”

“I was only there over night . I do know that there is public transportation available and they do have a gym , but I didn't use it and they also have a nice pool , I seen it but didn't go in . I can tell you that the room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good night sleep. I will be staying here again .”

“Our cabin was cute. Bed was comfortable. Everyone was very nice. Caught up on much needed sleep & rest, after hubby being in hospital for 2 weeks. Quiet & peaceful.”

““There was a very strong musty smell in the room. The furniture was very old, and the bed sheets also had a strong old smell. The room definitely needs to be renovated. However, the front desk staff was wonderful and very professional.””

“The location is very convenient to UF, restaurants and shopping, and the highway and downtown Gainesville is less than 15 minutes. The extras are great and the staff is lovely.”
