“Such a great stay here. Everything was impeccable, from the staff to the room and included continental breakfast. It even snowed in April there and I’m sure they had something to do with that scenic beauty as well. A must go back kinda place”

“We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then. There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change. Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat...

“The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. ”

“Heavy language barrier when trying to check in, they control heat and give you a space heater incase you get cold. Room was hot for me and old window unit would not keep up”

“Parking way too expensaive and gym is too small. Only 2 treadmills!”
