“We had a few issues on arrival with the room, but the management team made things right for us the following day. We were very happy with the room facing out onto the Savannah river. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel. Based on our experience we would definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on our next trip”

“Nice for the price; the toilet didn't flush well, but we survived. We were unable to control the AC, and it was pretty chiily.. 😉 We were only there for 1 night- it was easy on/off the highway.”

“Bathroom in room 120 has electric outlet installed up-side down by the sinks. Shower stall has a curved shower bar that extends out side basin plus curtain is too short allowing shower to flood the floor outside of the bath area. Also there should be a clothes bar installed in the recess that houses the ironing board. There is nothing to hang clothes on anywhere. Hotel was exceptional.”
