Hotel vicino a Memorial Hermann Hospital - Houston

“The bed was very comfortable. The hotel needs to address the following: The shower isn’t safe . There are no grab bars. The tv doesn’t work because it takes forever to “load” when you hit guide. Soooo slow! Needed another garbage can in the bathroom. No bag to stash our dirty clothes. No mouthwash. Very dark hallways that are hard to walk in. Lighting in the room was insufficient. The bread choices in the restaurant were boring and we had to ask for salt and pepper 2 times. Our omelette...

“The staff was very delightful, room was exactly what I expected plus more. Clean room, bed was so comfortable. Valet top tier!”

“The only thing lacking was discretion of the front desk staff. We overheard way too much of a conversation between the desk associate and a guest than we should have. If I had been that guest I would’ve been humiliated. Other than that it was a 10/10 stay.”

“Only concern was the water in the shower. Water wouldn’t get hot. Took a cold shower in the morning. Found out afterwards that the temperatures were switched. Cold was hot and the hot was cold. The mattresses were super comfortable though!”

“The location was great. The hot water was not as hot as we would like. Was not aware the room was only cleaned on request. Was out all day and came “home” to an uncleaned room. They did offer to clean the room but it was late and we were tired and needed some rest. They did bring us some towels.”
