“Honestly, during the days I stayed there, the service was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, and the pool was great—even the water temperature was perfect. I spent a few incredibly peaceful days there and felt completely relaxed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the customer service was outstanding; they truly look out for you, and everyone is very polite. I honestly had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again. God bless you all, and thank you!”

“Clean room”

“I have limited mobility which staff was aware of. The key cards they gave me had to keep being replaced. Didn’t work for the pool or the room. It would work one time and then not the next. Them even when we got new cards it would show green but was still locked. I had to keep going to the front desk to replace the cards. I ended up pulling something in my knee between standing at the room door Trying to open it. Then having to walk to front desk to have cards Replaced and back. Never got an...
