“When we checked in our first room was half renovated. There was no art on the walls and the bed was very thin. A couple days into our stay my foot went through the cracked bathtub. We were moved into another room, which had mold on the shower curtain and the floors turned our feet black. We asked for a complete service and the floors remained dirty. Our room was never cleaned in the 8 days we were there. The key cards to our room stopped working twice locking us out of our room. The staff...
