Hotel a Milford

“Parking area was large, Breakfast was great. Only stayed 1 night wasnt able to use pool or other amenities but I will use this hotel again in the future”

“Cleanliness was fair. Staff was nice. Breakfast was lacking. AC was cold and comfortable for 90* days. Shower water pressure was poor and the faucet made a horrible screeching sound while running. Overall, it was a convenient location for our trip to visit family and was affordable. Not great but not awful.”

“Staff was nice, but room was old and smelly. You can open the window if you don’t mind being 20 ft away from a passing train. Try to catch a room facing the parking lot!”

“Poorly managed wifi didn't work room was 80 degrees when I checked in. Dirty walls”

“Room was fine. Floor in common spaces needed cleaning. Elevator floor and walls were noticeably dirty. Room had a musty smell and fan in bathroom did not work. Breakfast was mediocre. We asked if there was milk for the cereal and were given a partially frozen gallon of milk to use. It was not appealing. Proximity to Kings Dominion is as good as you can get. It is right across the street. There were railroad tracks behind the room but we did not hear any trains. Could be because we ran the air...

“The building looks new and room looks new but nothing feels clean. Floor was dirty in the room. Walked out of shower to bed, my feet got dirty from the floor. Shower gel and shampoo was completely empty had to ask for them to replace. Hair dryer was also missing. Had to call for them to bring up. The room just didn't feel ready for us even though we online checked in 24hrs ahead. Plus there were ants in the lobby for 2 days and not cleaned or had a solution for. It was all over the coffee...

“Breakfast was fresh. Staff in the afternoon was excellent when we checked in. Went to turn my key cards in the next minute ringing and the guy at the front counter was too busy on his phone to acknowledge me. ”

“Our stay was wonderful, we were surprised by the apt sized refrigerator with freezer as well as the dishwasher. The room was big with a nice couch. The shower was roomy. We only spent one night but would consider this type hotel again, especially for a longer stay.”
