“Arrived and noticed a dirty bathroom (hair, urine on toilet) Asked to reclean bathroom and came back and bathroom was not cleaned. Staff was nice but did not do what they said they would do. For $150 a night, a clean bathroom is expected. Would book elsewhere.”

“This was a disaster. Hotel is in very poor condition. We had no wifi or TV for a day and half. The pool which was reason for choosing this hotel was condemned by Board of health 6 months ago. No one came to clean our room until we asked on 2nd day. Some residents seemed like transient. Most of all staff at desk was totally useless, they made a note and nothing was done. A hotel in This state should not be open. We are requesting refund for lack of services.”

“We stayed here for my daughters' dance competition, which was at a local high school nearby, and one thing I can say about this area is that there is sooooo much shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. The location was fantastic and very convenient for everything we needed. We primarily chose this hotel because they start serving breakfast at 6 AM, whereas many hotels either start at 7 AM or don’t offer breakfast at all.
