Hotel a Milo

“We booked here because it was well rated. Sadly our experience was not. When we arrived, the door to the lobby was locked even though it was within the hours they stated they would be open. We called the number posted on the door and got a generic voicemail that never stated the name of the hotel or anything. We left a message and sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Eventually, someone did appear, stating they weren’t aware the door was locked and didn’t know what was going on with the phones...

“I try to be not too critical of Super 8s, because you get what you pay for. However, the property is tucked in behind a Quality Inn and is cumbersome to access, with views of the Quality Inn just a few feet away. Okay. There is no elevator, and therefore, no luggage carts. The luggage rack in my room was broken. The desk chair back was failing, and the decor throughout was depressing. Clean, yes — that’s good, but dingy, also yes. Breakfast was continental — lots of carbs, no protein,...

“Park right outside your room door! Clean. Quiet. Good communication at check in. Liked spacious room with micro, mini fridge, large TV, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows.”

“Pool was in rough shape, hot tub didn't fully work. Room could use paint touch up, and new carpet. Breakfast was good, clean and stocked. All the staff was nice.”

“The pool was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plus the location is convenient, other than that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The bolt was broken, not enough outlets, plus one was broken and the door knob on the bathroom was sharp causing a small hole in my shirt. Didn’t eat the breakfast but there wasn’t much available. Never was able to talk to the manager.”

“I stay at this property multiple times per year and have done so for many years, and normally always have a very positive experience. The hotel seemed fairly full this past weekend and the room rate was a lot higher than I normally pay, but I guess it's just a matter of supply and demand. The first room I checked into I quickly discovered that the A/C didn't work, so I had to go to the front desk and swap out keys for another room, and fortunately one was available.”

“The carpet was a little stained bathroom cracks on all the walls and ceiling. Shower leaked. Bed was rock hard sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was horrible. They had day old bread and muffins over cooked hard biscuits zero to no fruit, no yogurt and no milk for the cereal. What is the point of having a continental breakfast? If there's nothing you can actually eat. Oh, and the decaf coffee had grounds and lumps in it. 2 other guest refused to drink it and warned me of it.”
