“I did not like the bathroom in my room. The bathtub was unsafe. It had no grab handles for a safe exit out of the bathtub. The inside tub was very slippery when exiting with bath water in the tub. I needed to literally roll myself out of the tub to the bathroom floor. The inside of the tub had no anti-slip safety. There was no tub water plug to keep water in the tub. “It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. ”

“It sounded like they had been having issues with the hot tub for a while which was frustrating when it was one of the things we look for when booking and I feel there could be some way to report this for Expedia bookings. The water in the shower was warm at best, it never got hot enough for an enjoyable shower and the key cards were temperamental. We also had to “check out” our pool towels and return them.
