“The receptionist was such a sweet lady and very helpful with all of requests and questions during our stay! The blankets on the beds could be updated, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.”

Most of the room face on an inner aisle and there is no natural light entering the room. The internal light is low thus the room is always a bit dark.
The sink was blocked and the water was not running down.
The faucet on the sink was very caked.
The shower stall had black deposits on the corners.
In general the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning.

“There is a problem with the free breakfast thing. The purchase said it was included, but when I tried to pay for the room it was an additional $14 upcharge, per person. If you don't pay the extra then the meal is $28 for a strangely varied meal-boxed scrambled eggs, decent bacon, excellent coffee and nice waffles and pastries... Not a $28 meal, even in Minneapolis. Not sure what went wrong with the "free breakfast", I was too tired to argue about it.”
