“Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon and choice of bread. Muffins, pancakes and juice. Best Breakfast for a motel.”

“We had a 12 day stay here and had to ask repeatedly for clean linens and trash disposal. Had we not asked, our room would not have been touched the entire 12 days, which is inexcusable. There was rarely anyone at the desk, nor did they answer the phone when we called from our room for housekeeping service. Staff was usually sitting in a back room near the front desk, but often didn't even bother to get up to speak with customers. Since our room was on the 3rd floor, we had to use the...

“This hotel was Fabulous. If Ihad to complain I would say the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor. Other than that, my family and I absolutely love it. ”

“The staff at the Hyatt House BWI are absolutely fantastic and kind people. I arrived to the hotel they greeted me, I forget my charger.. they let me borrow a charger for few minutes so my phone wouldn’t die, the shuttle driver took me to local gas station to get a few necessities. Great hospitality professionals. I will definitely recommend and come back. ”

“It's a lovely establishment. Front desk person needs to be a little more friendlier. I took a red eye to get to my destination first time ever. So I booked to room for the day before. I didn't know I would have to call the establishment that day to tell them I was coming early next day. She made me feel dumb. Kind of rude. Almost didn't have a room available for me. Almost gave to someone else she said. The still scolded me after giving me my key cards.”

“The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and easy to request. Breakfast is served with a long window, so I wasn’t rushed to get downstairs for it in the morning. My only issue was with the in-room amenities, the coffee machine had to be moved to the floor because the power cord didn’t reach any outlets from where it was set, and the provided grind tray was for the wrong model of machine, so I could only brew hot water… I ended up walking to Starbucks...

“We always stay here when combining a show in Annapolis with a trip to Maryland Live. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Over the years the property has declined somewhat. It is clean but is ready for some room updates. Common areas are nice and the breakfast is adequate. Love that they keep coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate available all the time. We will stay here again.”
