“At the time we were there the elevator was out of commission but they made sure we were on the first floor due to my asthma. Very nice staff. Breakfast was great.”

“Really liked the rustic yet modern appointments of the room itself including the dresser, fireplace, artwork, and tables. There were plenty of bath and hand towels; a hairdryer; shampoo; conditioner; body wash; tissues; TP; coffee; refrigerator; tv w/huge movie selection, etc. The creek right outside the veranda door was a welcomed sight with a roaring current that was a pleasure to hear. The room was clean and would not hesitate to return to this location if the opportunity arose. ”

“Our stay at the Beaucatcher is as wonderful! The gentlemen at the front desk was so nice and always available when we needed. I’m going to miss the great quality sleep I got in that king sized bed. Asheville is still recovering from flooding but you could tell this little hotel was doing what they could to provide a top notch experience. We will be back!”

“Everything was clean and the room did not smell stale and stink like some rooms. The only complaint was the bed was hard and a little high for old fat people. I loved the creek outback. Listening to that and the rain was so peaceful at night. I would stay here again. I highly recommend eating at Guayibitos Mexican restaurant in Maggie Valley and Waylans and Honeys in Waynesville. Also if you go to the Buttered Biscuit in Waynesville make sure you have someone to split the biscuit with, they are...
