Infatti l’accoglienza era media, abbiamo dovuto discutere per farci anche fare una sola modifica al menù fisso, in quanto non mangiamo la carne. Tutto molto impostato, con tante regole e la sala per la cena e colazione sembra più una mensa che altro. Nell’insieme era ok. Ma chi cerca un tipico Ryokan, considerando qualità-prezzo molto insoddisfacente, troverà di certo un posto più tipico e...

After we climb the Mt Fuji and unable to walk further from our car to the main door, the staff will greet us from afar and help us with the luggage’s, not for tips but for their professionalism and values they cherish much. ”

“Amazing location right on the front of Lake Kawaguchi. Our room had an amazing view of the lake and was walking distance to dining options, transportation, and convenience stores. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel was a little older than other hotels I’ve stayed at during my stay in Japan but it was still clean. The rooms were spacious and even included a living area! Great for large groups traveling. Overall I highly recommend and most definitely will stay here again! ”
