“Spacious family room with all amenities available.”

“Hospitality and service is top rated. We thank Chef Heru, Raki, Lena, Nadila and Valda for their efforts”

“Rooms needs really to be renovated. Dirty walls and carpet. The bathroom sink had a crack in the middle. Smell of humidity and yellowed hupholstery in the bathroom It is a pity since the hotel it a piece of history and it has beautiful inside gardens.”

“Great stay! Staff was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Would’ve like to extend but they were booked past our check out date. Would’ve stay again. In a great area as well.”

“Very good hospitality and well synchronized staff”

“Zelo dobra lokacija (zraven železniške postaje Gubeng). Osebje je prijazn, hotel pa varen.”

“部屋は清潔で値段も安い点が非常に良い。 防音性は低く、隣の部屋の音が聞こえる。”

“Breakfast and convenience”

“市中心有這種價位很划算。飯店在購物中心頂樓，吃早餐還可看街景。”

“I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

“Buonissima posizione ..hotel pulito buonissima la colazione e personale molto gentile”

“The best hotel I’ve visited ever!!!”

“Wonderful staff, everyone was so friendly. We only stayed one night between arriving by plane and leaving by train to Jogja, but I plan to come back and visit more of Surabaya, and I would love to stay here again.”
