“The property is in a great downtown location near restaurants and other attractions. Very clean, large rooms, lovely furnishings. The restaurant had closed the week before our stay and we weren’t aware, but great local options were very close by. Otherwise our stay was great.”

“Horrible property, criminal mismanagement. Our room had a horrible odor that worsened when we ran the A/C unit. It smelled like either an animal had died in the vent or the prior occupant had vomited all over the room without anyone cleaning. We checked out after 1 horrible night and switched hotels. At the front desk, they apologized and said to reach out to Expedia to coordinate the refund for the unused night. But when Expedia reached out, the property refused to refund us for the unused...

“Very nice hotel at a good price in a downtown Richmond location. The desk staff were super nice and very helpful. They have a very interesting elevator system where you touch the screen for the floor you want. When we were in the parking garage, it took me a while to figure out how to get to the lobby (which has its own logo at the bottom of the numbers). It is nice though because you typically have the elevator to yourself. The breakfast was simple, but good. The beds were comfortable, but I...
