“Indoor pool was green on the bottom and very cold water.”

“It’s hard to express how badly my room smelled upon entering. It smelled like a human armpit. The smell was overwhelming. The floor of the tub was brown- picture the floor after you’ve showered off a day at the beach. It looked like it was covered with dirt or sand, though I believe it was stains. I was put off, but willing to make the best of it. I put the toilet seat down to use the bathroom, and I noticed there were dark brown specks on the seat. I thought surely this must just be a stain or...

“The Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even though it was crazy busy when we were checking in. Breakfast was fine. We had 2 rooms. One was perfect but the other was really damp, even with the AC running and the tub tended to fill to ankle deep when taking a shower. Would stay again, though..”
