“It was a last minute trip so we booked this place. Unfortunately there was stains on the bedding sheets, the fridge had a leak, there was rust on the corners of the wall as well behind the beds. And the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest either.”

“We were sooo disappointed in this hotel for having 9 stars when we booked and for the price we paid. Hair and bug in shower, ice bucket with water still in it, commode didn’t flush well, tv was terrible, door lock was hard to open, pool area was terrible, chair cushions were torn and had bird poop on them , the staff couldn’t answer simple questions on the area.”

“The staff saved my trip. Checked in to a tiny bedroom with a bath. It was part of a closed off condo. Front desk helped me upgrade. Ended up with a lovely condo with a kitchen and a view. This property is unique. The listing was not accurate.”

“Very nice large condo. The view from the condo was spectacular. Most places I looked at we only 2 stories with a limited view of the ocean. Being on the 7th floor was great. Two nice pools plus a hot tub. Easy check in and check out. New boardwalk to beach with shower off area. We would stay there again if available.”
