“The room was very dirty the pull out bed was full of dirt and black stuff on the bed dirty floors and roaches coming out the too. Poorly cleaned”

“The restroom could benefit from renovation, as there were multiple areas with mold on the bathtub and visible cracks. The lighting was somewhat dim, and the toilet was not flushing properly, which we had to address ourselves. Additionally, the breakfast options could be improved. On a positive note, the staff were courteous and friendly.”
