“This place is excellent & so is the staff. Spacious rooms, clean spaces and awesome activity center. My only complaint, and it’s kinda a big one…I booked this in December. When I checked back on the reservation in March Expedia noted pool maintenance would be taking place the week we booked. I called Hilton 3 times to inquire which pool to ensure my kids would have a pool to swim in. Each time I called I was told they have no information on any pool maintenance. “Overall the stay here was pleasant. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were not the cleanest if I’m being quite honest. The carpets left our socks black on the bottom and the room had a musty odor when walking in. A/C was nice and cold. Showers worked well. Had to call the front desk to service the room on the second day (my wife and I stayed for three nights with two kids) Parking was very convenient. Breakfast selection was very good for an included breakfast. ”
