“Older but well maintained property. Outstanding location. Spring for the lake view. Hotel breakfast restaurant was great.”

“The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby.”

“New, clean and well kept. Very comfortable bed with excellent pillow selection.”

“Room smelled bad (cooked bacon) and felt dirty. Basic things like shower soap dispensers were empty (staff told us to call house keeping which is kinda difficult to do once you are in the shower and have no soap. Several items in the room weren't working (most importantly the coffee maker) .... staff told us that this was the third one this week....so rather than be proactive and either check or replace them they waited for a coffee deprived customer to call them....not good.”

“We loved our stay. I didn't realize I had booked in West Kelowna and was a little disappointed when I saw the location. The property is very clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was a hit as well. We would definitely stay again. ”
