“Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep. ”

We had a smoke alarm in our room that flashed green all night long but reported to staff when we checked out and they were most apologetic and would look into it which I am sure they did. ”
