“Worst time ever at a hotel. The elevator wasn't working, and there was a mouse in our room. They moved us from the third floor to the fifth when we complained about the mouse. However, it was no fun without an elevator. The staff was good, and the manager gave us a discount. But the hotel is a mess, and I would not recommend it to anyone or stay there again ever.”

The staff throughout the hotel provided professional service and made the experience even better. The location was also very convenient, with Starbucks and many other stores nearby. Great value for the price, especially being close to Providence. I would definitely stay here again!”

“So…the site itself is in a gorgeous location so if the weather is good you will want to sit outside. The property is an older building and we expected and were fine with that. They seem to want to be a venue space more than a hotel- we knew there might be an event but the thumping music from the DJ travels. There was zero food or beverage available until breakfast- to the point where you cannot even get a soda. The A/C is controlled at the front desk and we’re assuming it was down low because of...
