“Yes, the linen was fresh and beds comfortable. We would have liked aircon as we had booked Oct 25 and were only ones without it. There was a jug and cups but no coffee or tea etc. The new bathrooms were lovely. We would come again as good for the price. Great breakfast too.”

“Parking is easy. You check in at the Hotel bar and staff are very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and has aircon. The pub food is good and well priced. Overall, a comfortable stay.”

“Very corporate. Good facilities but very impersonal. Only hotel on our whole trip where we didn’t get milk in the fridge! Wouldn’t stay there again. Much nicer places in the area ”

“Yes Parking was a little hard. As no designated parks and u had to be back in early to get a park. Rooms were great and housekeeping was excellent. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the room, it was clean, bright and spotless, the kitchen had a microwave, toaster and kettle, fridge and freezer. There was air conditioning which kept the room nice and cool. The bathroom was lovely, hand wash and shampoo and conditioner was supplied. We had an enjoyable stay and would be happy to return.”

“We were pleased to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite and we each also received a complementary welcome drink. The staff at Chateau Elan were wonderful as were the restaurant and golf staff at The Vintage. The unit was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We would rate this establishment and especially its staff as 5 stars plus! Needless to say, we would highly recommend as stay at Chateau Elan as well as the restaurant and golf at The Vintages.”
