“This is the best hotel in Williamsburg. The service is top tier and the GM is incredible. He was always there asking if we needed anything. We even asked him if he live there because he was there all the time. The breakfast was wonderful and food service workers were efficient and nice. ”

“Bess were very comfortable, and the room was clean. Check in clerk was friendly. No problems, met or exceeded expectations.”

“Although we only stayed one night, we hope to spend more time there in the future. For our family of four, this setup was perfect.with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, dining and living rooms. We also liked that it is close to a grocery store and the outlet mall. Next time we hope to use more of the property's amenities like the swimming pools and outdoor recreation areas.”

“This hotel was gorgeous! We arrived late so we didn’t spend any time around the area so I'm not sure how that is. I will say it is very loud especially at night outside. I swear the same car kept driving back and forth on the street outside of our room and it was SO loud that was the only thing we weren’t happy with. ”
