Hotel a New Melle

“This hotel is fairly new, and seems very clean. Staff was nice, and property well maintained. HOWEVER, my primary reason to be at Woodspring was to sleep, and that was difficult . The noise from the highway was incredibly LOUD. It sounded like I was laying on the shoulder of I-70. There was also no blackout curtain, so when morning came, the sun lit the room up right through the blinds. The beds were comfortable, and I did get some decent sleep between about 1:00AM and 6:00AM when the traffic...

“Easy check in and check out. Nice quick breakfast pick me up on the way out in the morning as well!”

“We wanted a good night's sleep and a shower which was what we got. The room had working TV, microwave, and refrigerator. They just replaced the ice machine so we weren't able to take advantage of it.$100 deposit was returned at checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful”

“The washer and dryer Ms were broken we had laundry we need done after traveling 1 roll of toliet paper for 2 adults? We never got our room cleaned on 2 nd day”

“Amazing stay. Clean facility. Comfortable beds. Nice pool and hot tub. The evening buffet from 5:30-7, three free drinks, and a delicious breakfast were great.”

“I was not able to stay at the facility. I prepaid for the night and told the the hotel that there would be no occupancy. I was told to call back and speak to manager . When I called back I was told to call the next morning (7am) to speak to a manager. He said that it was too late to refund due to calling the next day. I am still owed 110.00”

“Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular.”

“Good, older hotel. We stayed there 4 nights and the room was not cleaned during that time. We had to go ask for clean towels and coffee. The free breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. Convenient location.”
