“Lovely stay for families!”

“Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!”

“This "resort" is an absolute dive. Its quite clear zero money has been spent to upkeep the property. It is dirty, mouldy, decking board's are broken and coming up. There is no putt putt, games room or activities. ”

“フライトの都合でAM6:00のチェックアウトだとスタッフに事前に伝えていたにも関わらず、全ての出入口にロックがかかっており解錠出来ずに施設から外に出られない状態になった。 施設内部からはインターホン等のヘルプコール設備も無く、仕方なく2メートル以上のホテルのフェンスを乗り越えて脱出した。 大人でも乗り越えるのは大変だったが、同伴の子供達はかわいそうだった。”
