“We’ve stayed at some really nice hotels so keeping that in mind, we had high expectations for this being our first Ritz Carlton stay and it just fell really flat. The front desk staff were nice enough but nothing overly warm or anything that separated it from any other hotel. The room was clean but again pretty average.
