Hotel all inclusive a Norte de Columbus

“I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known the kitchen was under renovation and no breakfast was being serviced. As a traveler, this was very important in my choice. The customer service person was very nice and apologetic but it was too late at that point. My room was already paid for. Very disappointing. The pool area was at capacity. “Gosh, what a beautiful hidden gem this property is! From the moment we walked in, the staff was nothing short of amazing! The pools were clean and well-kept, the dining room where breakfast was was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious! The room we had was well-maintained. So clean and spacious! My 11 year said that we must go back! And I agree!”
